Education:

1. Masters of Science in Biomedical Physics and Technology, 2024, University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Thesis: Lung Cancer Diagnosis from Computed Tomography Image Using Automated Region of Interest Cropping, Classification and Segmentation Architectures.

2. Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, 2023, Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Khulna, Bangladesh.
Thesis: Automatic Detection, Classification, and Segmentation of Sagittal MR Images for Diagnosing Prolapsed Lumbar Intervertebral Disc.

Research Area:

My research focuses on biomedical signal and image processing, as well as the application of machine learning in healthcare to enhance medical diagnosis. As a multidisciplinary researcher, I am also interested in computational biology (such as genomic and transcriptomic data analysis, AI driven biomarkers identification, integration of multi omics data using ML, predictive modeling of disease risk, and Drug Discovery), Quantum Machine Learning, IoT in Healthcare, and Prosthetic devices.
